Liz is Clinic manager at the Midlands Fertility Clinic. She is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in both healthcare management and financial services operations management. With over 20 years’ experience in business and people management, business development and project management in both local community and corporate firms.
In 2012, Liz qualified as a phlebotomist while working in the Medi Centre in Portarlington. Shortly after this time she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Preventative Health – Approaches on the prevention of cardiovascular health and Type 2 Diabetes from NUI Galway. Liz worked as Clinic Manager in Vhi Urgent Care Centre in Dundrum and Practice Manager in Annebrook Medical Centre in Portlaoise.
Most recently Liz was part of the European team with Legal and General Investment Management and was heavily involved in setting up their European Headquarters in Ireland. While working in LGIM she was part of the ISO Audit team and Business Recovery team and Group Real Estate. Liz was responsible for the day to day operations of the LGIM European HQ. During her time with LGIM she was a member of the LEGIT Neurodiversity Committee.
She also holds a certificate in Project Management and Conduct Risk from the Institute of bankers.
Liz has keen interest in sport and cooking. She lives in Portarlington with her husband and 3 children.
